Traceability
The Estate Ca'stelle S.A.S. has created a system of traceability for all their I.G.T. and D.O.C. wines produced. The customer can access information regarding the various stages of production and processing of any particular wine.
The system gives you the opportunity to learn about the wine: the territory, the lot number batch and other details about the wine produced.
The system will be operational as of year 2008.
By simply inserting the lot number of bottle you are researching, you can access necessary information.
